About me

IMG_5448.jpg

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have an extensive background in psychiatry that encompasses working with adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. In my practice, I primarily work with individuals diagnosed with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and addiction, among other mental health conditions.

Prior to opening my practice, I held a position at The Counseling Center at Middlesex, where I provided psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to individuals enrolled in an intensive outpatient program for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. I also served as a clinician at SohoMD, an outpatient psychiatry group practice in Manhattan, and as a registered nurse on an inpatient psychiatric unit at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey.

Additionally, my educational clinical experience included rotations at various outpatient mental health sites throughout New York City and New Jersey, including Care Plus New Jersey (advanced practice internship), Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, New York State Psychiatric Institute, York Street Project, and Princeton Medical Institute (research internship involving psychotropic clinical trials).
